Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together until moist with fork.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cool on rack.
