Uncle T'S Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small wedge of Roquefort cheese and/or 1 medium wedge Bleu cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise (light)

Preparation

Combine cheeses, milk and mayonnaise in blender.
Turn on medium speed until smooth.
Scrape sides often.
Serve on tossed salad or use as dip.
