Great American Brownie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Melt the butter, semi-sweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate in a large heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from the heat. Add the sugar, eggs, flour, salt and vanilla in the order listed, beating well after each addition.
Pour into a greased foil-lined 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until the brownies just begin to pull from the sides of the dish. Cool in the dish on a wire rack to room temperature.
