Fly Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use more than this)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add salt, continue beating, then add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until stiff but not dry.
    Fold in chocolate chips and drop on a cookie sheet lined with brown paper (ungreased).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove from paper 2 minutes after they have been taken from the oven.
