24-Hour Polish Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 cucumber pickles
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 cloves garlic, cut in half
    2 qt. water
    fresh dill or seed
    4 (1-quart) jars
Preparation
    Brine:
    Combine water, vinegar, salt and sugar in pot.
    Bring to slow boil.
    Cool to room temperature.
