Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, then add 1/2 cup milk to make a smooth paste.
    Pour mixture slowly into remaining milk, stirring until mixture thickens.
    Cover and cook over hot water until starch is thoroughly cooked, about 15 minutes.
    Pour a small amount of the thickened sauce into yolks, then return yolk mixture to double boiler to cook, stirring until thickens, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Cool mixture in refrigerator before filling cases.
