Mrs. Ryeback'S Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans kidney beans
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 onions, peeled and sliced
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    In deep casserole dish, layer 1/3 of the beef, 1/3 of sliced onions and potatoes and 1 can of kidney beans.
    Do this twice more, until all meat, potatoes and onions are added.
    Pour can of tomato sauce over top.
    Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
