Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    nonstick spray coating
    1/2 c. finely shredded low-fat natural Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 c. bottled salsa
Preparation
    Prick potatoes with fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Cut each potato lengthwise into quarters.
    Scoop out the insides, leaving 1/2-inch thick shells.
    (Reserve pulp for another use.) Arrange potato shells, skin side up, on a baking sheet.
    Spray skins evenly with nonstick coating.
