Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cook brown sugar and butter until glossy, approximately 3 minutes.
Set
aside.
Beat milk, yolks and flour and add to butter
mixture.
Cook on medium-high for 5 to 8 minutes. Pour in pie crust.
