Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. parsley, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped spring onions
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    juice from 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and squeeze out well.
    Mix together ingredients and let stand a while for flavors to blend.
