Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pinto beans, mashed
    1 Tbsp. bean liquid
    1 large can coconut
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 pies.
