Vegetable 'N Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 to 2 c. small shell pasta
    1 (16 oz.) can drained kidney beans
    1 medium sliced red onion
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning with garlic
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Heat water, vinegar, sugar and dry mustard and let cool.
    Cook mixed vegetables according to directions on package.
    Cook pasta until done.
    Combine vegetables and pasta.
    Add kidney beans, onion, peppers, seasoning, parsley and ground pepper.
    Mix well. Refrigerate.
    Better if made the day before serving.
