Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. cracker meal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Form into cakes.
    Fry in small amount of hot oil.
