Mike'S Special Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

green onions
mushrooms
Monterey Jack cheese
avocado
sourdough bread
Preparation

Saute sliced green onions and mushrooms in butter until tender.
Meanwhile, slice cheese and avocado.
Spread outside of slices of sourdough bread with a small amount of butter.
Heat griddle and place bread on griddle with the buttered side down and place onion/mushroom mixture and sliced cheese and avocado on bread.
Top with another slice of bread and lightly brown both sides of sandwich. This sandwich is best served hot.
