Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks soft butter
1 Tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. maple extract
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheets.
In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add molasses, maple extract and eggs; blend well.
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mix at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in oats, rice cereal and chips.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
Store in an airtight container.
Makes 5 dozen.
