Light Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. skinless chicken breast, slivered
    2 tsp. oil
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) broccoli florets
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sherry wine
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown the chicken in the oil until cooked, about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli, water, wine and soup and bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
