Squid Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 quarter of lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. squid
    oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Clean the squid, removing skin and head.
    Cut into rings about 1/8-inch thick.
    Squeeze lemon over the squid, then wash thoroughly.
    Drain; add salt and white pepper.
    Roll lightly in cornstarch.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
