Orange-Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pare sweet potatoes, cut each in half lengthwise and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
In small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and orange peel.
Stir in orange juice and butter and cook until thick.
Pour over the sweet potatoes and bake, covered, about 1 hour, basting occasionally.
