Eleanor'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 drops black walnut flavor
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shredded raw carrots
1 c. black walnuts
Preparation

Stir eggs, oil, vanilla, walnut flavor and sugar all together.
Add cinnamon, flour, carrots and walnuts.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
