Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    16 oz. can unsweetened orange juice
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
    Press firmly in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Save some for top.
    Blend thawed orange juice with milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip and oranges.
    Do not beat.
    Pour mixture over crust.
    Top with reserved crumbs and a few slices of oranges. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
