Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. coriander seed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 large can chicken, well drained
    1 pkg. (25 or plus) tortillas (flour tortillas are recommended)
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in the 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.
    Combine in a bowl with the canned chicken and green chili peppers.
    Set aside.
