Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cut up celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    1 small jar pimento (optional)
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can white corn, drained
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Let cool. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
