Chicken With Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast
    1/2 lb. butter/margarine (room temperature)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    bread crumbs
    egg
Preparation
    Mix butter and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Dip breast in egg, then bread crumbs.
    Put a teaspoon of butter/lemon mix in center of breast.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Fry in oil (corn or olive) until all sides are browned and chicken cooked though.
    Remove toothpicks prior to serving.
