Rhubarb With Strawberries(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. 1-inch pieces rhubarb (about 1 lb.)
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. strawberry halves
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, sugar and water in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until rhubarb is tender and slightly transparent.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 6 servings (115 calories per serving).
