Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot ground pork sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    4 to 6 Tbsp. sausage fat
    1 bunch fresh green onions, finely chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
    1 can water
    1 c. long grain white rice, uncooked
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In saucepan, gently cook onions, celery and bell pepper in sausage fat.
    Cook until softened.
    Drain fat.
