Garlic Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast (rump or eye)
    7 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. beef broth (College Inn)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut 3 of garlic cloves into slivers and put into meat.
    Brown meat on all sides in oil and chop onion and rest of garlic. Brown onion and garlic.
