Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    ??? c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions in oil.
    Add all other ingredients, except sour cream.
    Cook, covered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for at least 2 hours, until tender, or on top of stove, covered.
    Simmer until tender.
    When finished, cool.
    Mix in the sour cream.
    Serve over wide noodles.
