Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish
minced parsley

Preparation

Fluff the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer.
Beat in the horseradish.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
