Barbecue-Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sake or sherry
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1 clove garlic, grated
Preparation
    Cut chicken, spareribs, beef, shrimp or fish into bite-size pieces.
    Soak for 1 hour in thoroughly mixed teriyaki sauce. Broil over charcoal or in broiler until well cooked.
