Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks, about 1/2 lb. each
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    2 carrots, sliced
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 large onion, thinly sliced, cut 3/4 inch thick
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper. Put flour mixture in bag or on a plate.
    Roll or shake steak until completely covered in flour mixture.
    In crockpot place onion slices and the meat on top of onions.
    Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.
    Cover and cook in crockpot low 8 to 10 hours or high 5 to 6 hours.
