Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 lb. (1 stick) margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter one loaf pan.
    Mix sugar and cocoa together in a microwave-safe bowl.
    Top with margarine (cut into pieces) and milk.
    Do not mix.
    Microwave for 2 minutes on High.
    Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
    Add nuts and vanilla and stir until mixed.
    Pour into buttered loaf pan.
    Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut and serve.
