Oriental Beef-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/3 c. lite soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1 bag Success rice
Preparation

Brown beef, celery and onion.
Drain fat.
Mix in vegetables. Dissolve beef bouillon in hot water.
Mix with soup and soy sauce. Add to beef mixture. Stir in rice.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
