Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 egg, slighlty beaten
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (dry curd)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Place meat in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook on full power for 3 to 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    Stir halfway through cooking.
    Drain.
    Stir the tomato sauce, onion, garlic salt, basil and oregano into meat.
    Cook on full power for 4 to 6 minutes until boiling.
    Stir.
    Set aside.
