Southern Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. summer squash, cooked
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
