Seven Layer Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce shredded
    1 cup bell pepper (chopped)
    1 cup celery (chopped)
    1 red onion
    1 pkg. frozen English peas (cooked and drained)
    1 pint mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cup hoop cheese
    8 strips bacon (fried crisp)
Preparation
    Place shredded lettuce in 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with pepper, celery, red onion and peas.
    Mix mayonnaise sugar and cheese together.
    Spread on top of salad. Top with broken bacon pieces. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 12-15.
