Salmon Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can salmon, drained, skinless, boneless
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and mustard.
Stir in salmon and mix well.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with crackers.
