Ranch Potato Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, cubed and cooked
    1 1/2 c. Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Toss together potatoes and mixture of Ranch dressing, sour cream, bacon bits and parsley plus 1/2 cup cheese.
    Add melted margarine to corn flakes and the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon on top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
