Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. hickory smoke
    garlic salt
    seasoned salt
    celery salt
    1/2 bottle Open Pit barbecue original sauce
Preparation
    Brush brisket with hickory smoke on both sides.
    Rub well with the 3 salts.
    Marinate overnight.
    Cover tightly in refrigerator. Bake, covered, at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Pour off half the juice and turn and bake 1 hour longer.
    Pour barbecue sauce over and bake 1 hour longer.
    Let cool and slice thinly.
    Put in shallow baking dish covered with foil and freeze.
    Reheat to serve.
    This is so good to prepare and put into as many servings as you need for company later and freeze.
