7 Layer Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag spinach
1 lb. crumbled cooked bacon
4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
1 box frozen peas, thawed
1/2 sweet onion, sliced
chopped lettuce
1 c. mayo, mixed with 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
cubes of Swiss cheese

Preparation

Layer each ingredient in order.
Top with cubes of Swiss cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, then toss.
