Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    1 medium diced onion
    1 can Ro-Tel (Italian section)
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and sausage with diced onion.
    Drain.
    Pour in saucepan.
    Add Ro-Tel.
    Bring to boil.
    Cut up Velveeta and add to saucepan.
    Cook on very low heat.
    Great with chips or crackers.
