Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 stick margarine
1 egg
1 small container sour cream
1 c. raisins or more
1 tsp. ground orange (optional)
Preparation

Mix margarine, egg and sour cream.
Add to flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
Add raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Use loaf pan lined with aluminum foil for easy removal.
