Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sauerkraut, drained and cut up
    1 c. (3 oz.) corned beef, finely cut up
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except 2 beaten eggs and 1/2 cup bread crumbs, and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Dip balls in 2 beaten eggs. Roll in 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Serve hot with mustard.
