Quick Creamy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Set stove at medium-high
    setting.
    Spray frying pan with Pam (or oil).
    Saute sliced onion and add chicken, cut up in 1-inch pieces.
    Heat until browned.
    Reduce heat to low and add mushrooms (undrained) and soup.
    Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
