Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3 eggs (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
    Grease two 8-inch or 9-inch round cake pans (flour pans).
    Sift flour before measuring.
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large mixing bowl.
    Add shortening, flavoring, milk and eggs.
    Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
