Zucchini Pie(Mock Coconut Custard Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    3 eggs
    3/4 Cup oleo
    3/4 Cup sugar
    1 large Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 Cup coconut
    1 (12 oz.) can milk nor condensed
Preparation
    Peel zucchini and remove seeds.
    Cut in pieces.
    Cook in water until soft.
    Drain and mash 1 1/2 Cups.
