Crunchy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    6 oz. pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash according to package directions.
    Drain well. Saute onions in margarine.
    Stir well.
    Add 3/4 of stuffing mixture to squash mixture.
    Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes more.
    Garnish with squash slice and celery leaves.
    Makes 8 servings.
