Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon (optional)
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Put milk, uncooked rice and margarine in top of a double boiler.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    Let cool for 2 hours.
    Add rest of ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
