Mechelle'S Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef with salt and garlic powder.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over meat.
    Cover with foil.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning once.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until tender.
    Pour barbecue sauce over beef and bake 30 more minutes.
