Cream Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook milk, cornstarch, sugar, egg yolks and salt until thickened.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter until well blended.
    I use this recipe for rice pudding (just add 3 cups cooked rice and 1 cup raisins) and also banana cream pie.
    Easy and delicious!
