Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 (10 oz.) boxes mixed vegetables
    4 potatoes, diced
    1 large can V-8 juice (tangy)
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    In a large Dutch oven or crock-pot, combine all ingredients and cook until vegetables are done.
    Can be cooked on low in crock-pot all day.
